



March BJJ Updates: New Class Schedule
As we roll into March, we’re making some exciting updates to our class schedule! Starting this month, we’re adding an Intro to BJJ class on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM. With this addition, our CTA class will now begin at 6:15 PM, and No-Gi will follow at 7:15 PM. These adjustments will allow beginners to build a strong foundation before jumping into the main classes while ensuring a smooth flow for all students.

One of the most beautiful aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is that it’s truly for everyone. Whether you’re tall or short, strong or just starting your fitness journey, Jiu-Jitsu provides a way to develop technique, timing, and strategy that surpasses raw strength or athleticism.
Unlike many sports or martial arts that favor size and power, Jiu-Jitsu is designed to give smaller or less physically imposing practitioners a fair chance through leverage, positioning, and technique. This is why we see people of all ages, genders, and body types thriving on the mats.
If you’re new to Jiu-Jitsu, our Intro class is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn fundamental movements, key concepts, and how to safely train with partners. Whether your goal is self-defense, fitness, or competition, you’ll find a welcoming community ready to support you on your journey.
