Holiday season is here and we only have a few weeks left in 2024! Learning Jiu-Jitsu takes a team and we are so happy to have you as part of it.
The curriculum runs in cycles so if you're out of town over the holidays and are worried about missing lessons, don't worry, they will come back around. If being away from training while you're out of town is too much to bear, you can use the lesson plan links below and the messenger feature of Caio Terra Online to answer to your questions.
