Movement is the key to Professor Caios Curriculum and makes using attributes of strength, speed or flexibility unnecessary. When you start your training, the movement can feel awkward and unnatural making it harder to apply the techniques effectively.
With the help of our Instructors in our Intro to Jiu Jitsu class, you will have the opportunity to practice these movements in a small group setting. Once you have a grasp on the fundamental movements Jiu Jitsu opens up to you!
