Many students become obsessed with Jiu-Jitsu and take five or more classes a week. While this is admirable, what really makes an impact on your learning is showing up each week consistently. This way you see the entire curriculum and don't have gaps in your knowledge.
If you're just getting started, training two or three times a week ensures you see how the curriculum progresses and allows recovery time between sessions. Getting a black belt requires consistent dedication to showing up on the mat. Your friends and training partners will thank you as well, we need each other to train!
