When coming to class, be prepared! Watching the technique videos before class is ideal so you are already primed to learn what the instructor will show and come up with questions in advance.
Coming to class on time and early when possible is beneficial for you and your training partners. This way you see the entire lesson including the warmup movements at the beginning that tie into what is being shown for the technique.
Most importantly, ask questions. If you are struggling with a technique (using too much strength, forgetting concepts), just raise your hand and one of the instructors will be there to assist you.
