Sunday February 2nd we will have our Caio Terra Academy HQ Promotion Ceremony in San Jose. Professor Caio works hard to design the curriculum so you have a clear path to understand the fundamental movements and positions of Jiu Jitsu. As you progress in belt level, new challenges will present themselves.
The promotion ceremony is an amazing opportunity to celebrate the progress of our friends and training partners.
