There are many factors to consider when you decide to start your training. One of the most important is your level of participation in class. Training a couple times a week is amazing but this time has to be well spent in order to be effective.
Stepping on the mat in itself does not make you better. To improve requires critical thinking, problem solving, and dedicated participation. Our instructors are excited to teach you but as a student you must be ready to learn.
We grow together!
