The team is wrapping up at the IBJJF San Jose Open today and we're heading right into another week of training. Competing is not mandatory for students, though it is an exciting test and valuable learning experience for those who choose to.
During competitions, we love seeing students show up to cheer on their teammates. Learning Jiu-Jitsu requires a community of training partners and coaches to make us better and the support in competition makes a difference!
