Learning Jiu Jitsu, while difficult, should be a fun and rewarding journey. Professor Caio has designed the curriculum to guide you through your training whether you're just getting started or have been training for years.
As you continue training, remember that your journey is your own and comparing yourself to others will not help you improve while taking away the fun of developing yourself into a martial artist. Instead, have fun training with your friends and work to understand the movement and game of Jiu Jitsu.
