Welcome to the Caio Terra Academy, Palo Alto! This is the curriculum for Monday, September 5th through Saturday September 10th. At CTA we believe in the One Team philosophy and that starts with the team uniform. ALL students, Instructors, Professors, and visitors must wear the official CTA Uniform. For Gi trials and drop ins we do offer loaner uniforms. For no gi trials and drop ins you will be required to purchase a rash guard.
If you come to class not wearing the CTA uniform you will not be able to participate.
