Each week we study a new part of the curriculum that guides students through their training journey. Our goal is to teach the movement of Jiu Jitsu while becoming familiar with some of the most important positions.
Whether you're new to Jiu Jitsu or have been training for years, the curriculum is more than just a list of techniques since it is carefully designed by Professor Caio to help each of his students understand Jiu Jitsu. If you have questions about specific techniques, you are always able to ask an instructor after class so they can give more personalized feedback.
