
Good training also depends on communication. If you’re injured, tired, or want to work at a lighter pace, say it before the round starts. If something feels unsafe during drilling, speak up. Clear communication helps both people train better and keeps the room safer for everyone. A strong gym culture is built on people taking care of each other.
