Training with someone faster can feel frustrating at first. It might seem like they’re always one step ahead or harder to control. Instead of trying to match their speed, focus on slowing the exchange down.
Good positioning, solid grips, and controlling space can take away a lot of their advantage. When you stay composed and make them deal with your structure, the round starts to feel more manageable.
