First week of April is done and what a week it’s been! I’d like to send a huge welcome to all our newest members and a bigger thank you to all our current members who have made CTA Palo Alto what it is! Next week is the 2023 Santa Cruz open and I hope to see you guys there!
April is here, and with that, warmer weather (hopefully). New this month are our Saturday family classes at 9:00 am! Parents, train and learn Jiu Jitsu with your child! This class is open to any parent or sibling and is 1 hour long.
After an amazing eight months, the morning program is now expanding. We will be adding Friday morning CTB classes at 6:30 am starting this week. The concepts and techniques in these classes are a little more complicated than those in our CTA curriculum,
They say the best time to start Jiu Jitsu is when you are seven, the second best time is today! Ryan, Benji, and Kaniela have trained with Professor Caio since their teens.
Last week we added two more youth classes and officially launched our Kids II program. Classes will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm for ages 7-9 years old. By dividing the youth into age-appropriate classes they develop faster and have more fun, and it’s a better experience for everyone!
